The wind-turbine can be mounted on an automobile, a train, or an aircraft and extends across the travel direction, with curved turbine blades rotated by the slipstream during the movement of the vehicle. The height of the wind turbine is selected so that the slipstream acts over half the turbine diameter, the generated electrical energy used by the vehicle for conserving the battery charge.
