PURPOSE:To achieve an efficient and effective selection work, by making a weight detector section of a container communicate with a mixing ratio measuring device to measure the crushed particle mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:When material, a mixture of whole and crushed particles, is fed, crushed particles are selected with a rotating selection disc 7 and accumulated into a weighing container 18. A weight detector section C detects the weight of crushed particles in the container 18 with a load cell 19 and sends the signal thereof to a mixing ratio measuring device D and a measuring operator B. The detecting operation of the weight detector section C is interrupted by the signal from the operator B and the action of an automatic discharge valve 17, the crushed particles are accumulated into a receiving box 21. When the receiving box 21 is emptied and set in place again, on an ON signal of a microswitch 23, an automatic opening/closing valve 14 operates to feed whole particles in the machine frame 4 to the container 18 and moreover, on the ON signal thereof, the weight detector section C detects the weight of whole particles in the container 18. The mixing ratio measuring device D compares the resulting signal with the crushed particle signal previously inputted to compute the crushed particle mixing ratio and the results are shown on a display 20. |
