摘要 The fluid meter (10) comprises ultrasonic transducers and structure for attenuating parasitic ultrasonic waves of given wavelength in the meter. The structure is provided by at least one passage in which the waves propagate along a main direction (a) corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the passage. The passage has a transverse dimension (b) which is much less than the wavelength of the ultrasound. The longitudinal direction of the passage is divided into a series of passage sections, each having a part with a reduced transverse measurement. The sections are linked longitudinally and each have a length with is equal to half of the wavelength of the parasitic ultrasound waves.
