Food smoking chamber assembly jet delivers both concentrated smoke extract droplets

A food smoking assembly incorporates a chamber into which concentrated liquid smoke extract is sprayed through a jet, by compressed air from a storage vessel outside the chamber. The novelty is that: (a) the jet (22) delivers two different substances air and liquid smoke, which subsequently mix in the chamber atmosphere, (b) that the jet has one or more supply tubes (13a,13c) for the liquid smoke and one or more supply tubes (14d, 14e) for compressed air; and that (c) the flow of air and liquid smoke to the jet is controlled by a multi-position valve (18) admitting either liquid smoke or air.
