Continuous yarn feed to bobbin winder

摘要

To transfer a running yarn fed by suction to an empty bobbin sleeve, the sleeve is fitted to the bobbin winder and rotated. The yarn is laid at the rotating yarn catch to be caught by it. Through the rotation of the yarn catch, the cutter is initially moved in when the yarn catch is displaced from the side of the winder where the yarn is fed in. Also claimed is an appts. with a yarn cutter (8) which brought into the path of the yarn (1) caught by the yarn catch (4) and tensed by the suction, towards the yarn (1) at the cutting side of the yarn clamping line (L).
