CONSTITUTION:The heat medium 2 condensed at the flat part on the inner surface of an inner pipe 3 inserted in the inner surface of the condensing part A of the container 1, falls downward along the flat part while increasing the thickness of the liquid membrane. During this time, when the heat medium 2 reaches the bottom portions of projections 3a..., a part of the liquid flows along the projections 3a. When the liquid reaches the pointed end of the projection 3a, the liquid drops downward naturally. That is, since by the quantity of the liquid naturally dropping, the quantity of the liquid falling downward along the inner surfaces of the container 1 and the inner pipe 3 is decreased, the liquid membrane is thinned, and the increase in the thickness of the liquid membrane is suppressed.
