The pump (1) is driven by an electric motor (3) which is arranged in the pump housing (4) which is divided by a partition wall (10) into a chamber (8) that contains the flow pump (1) and chamber (9) that contains the motor. The outer periphery (11) of the partition wall and the housing wall (13) define an admission slot (12) where the pump outlet (14) issues. The partition wall has a disc (16) which is mounted on the motor armature (15) and may be supported at the housing wall by spacers.
