The present invention refers to a socketing device comprising, on one hand, to cooperate with a conjugated socketing device, contacting devices and, on the other hand, in an insulating material body (11), self-stripping connection terminals (15), which are each individually attached to those contacting devices (14), and comprising each at least a connecting device (20) presenting a circularly enlarged slit (21), associated to two connecting devices (20), a barillet (22) rotably mounted around corresponding axis, to force an electrical wire which is going to be spliced in slit (21). According to the invention, for at least one of barillets (22) which are working, both connecting devices (20) associated to this barillet (22) are insulated from one another, and each one is respectively attached to two different contacting devices (14), so that this barillet (22) corresponds by itself to two different connection terminals (15). This is applied above all, to footing and to socket tap plate for telephonic net.
