This invention describes an atomizer device for powdered covering material or liquid covering material, with at least a charge electrode to perform covering material electrostatic charge, and with at least a counter-electrode for free charges (ions, electrons) electrostatic mobilization from pulverized covering material shower. Counter-electrodes are supported by a ring which slides upon device body, and which is axially fastened in position by a bushing which is screwed upon body. An electrical line to discharge ring charges , which is adjusted in rotation terms, and is adjusted in axial movement terms, can be removed from body only along with the ring.
