摘要 This invention describes how high titer immunoglobulin preparations are produced by performing following succeeding steps: fractionating blood plasma from a common plasma supply, wherein at least an industrially useful moiety containing substantially polyclonal immunoglobulin G is separated, obtaining at least a residual moiety; preparing a protein solution from protein components contained in residual moiety contained in above step or in sub-moieties thereof; and subjecting resulting protein solution at least once to affinity chromatography with immobilized ligands from at least a ligands group, specific plasma proteins being linked to ligands, and removing linked plasma proteins, which are converted as active components in a high titer immunoglobulin preparation. Obtained immunoglobulins can be processed in a storage-stable product, well tolerated by intravenous via. Method which leads to an immunoglobulin valuable preparation uses human plasma moieties which until now have been rejected in conventional industrial plasma fractionating methods.
