The device (1) includes a base (10) with two vertical wings (11) covered by a cap (36). Two holes are provided in the cap for passage of two vertical axles (12) with two articulated cams. A tunnel, defined between the base and the wings receives a flat support (15) with a stack of metal blades (16). The tunnel presents parallel grooves (19) with V shape which receive optical fibre extremities (40).
