The catalyst support comprises a matrix and a zeolite Y1, of crystalline parameter 24.15 - 24.38 Angstrom and a zeolite Y2 of crystalline parameter greater than 24.38 Angstrom and less than or equal to 24.51 Angstrom . Also claimed , is the preparation of a catalyst system containing this support and a hydro-dehydrogenating element, and its use in hydro-treatment.
