Mild hydrocracking of oil fractions with a catalyst containing two dealuminated Y-zeolites

The process for the conversion of a petroleum cut by contact with a catalyst comprising a matrix, a Y-type zeolite of crystalline parameter 24.15 - 24.38 Angstrom (Y1) and a Y-type zeolite of parameter greater than 24.38 Angstrom and less than or equal to 24.51 Angstrom (Y2), and a hydro-dehydrogenataing element, at 230 degrees C minimum, 2 - 8 MPa and in the presence of H2 in an amount of at least 100 Nl/l of charge, with a VVH of 0.15 - 10 h<-1>. Also claimed is the preparation of the catalyst.
