The boot binding is fixed to a snow board by a plate (5), joined to the board. Slides (16) on the plate each move along a longitudinal groove (12,13) in the lower surface of the plate (7). There are two central aligned grooves (12) and two parallel lateral grooves (13). The grooves communicate with the upper surface of the plate by longitudinal slots (14,15). A screw (19) passes through the binding and through each slot. They screw into threaded parts of the slide to lock the binding in its chosen position.
