PURPOSE:To reproduce voice communication from any terminal equipment at reproduction by designing the system that a voice recorded in advance is given to a communication line at a designated time, informed to terminal equipments, then reproduced and sent and the content of the voice communication is recorded in a sole recording/ reproducing function. CONSTITUTION:The voice recorded in advance is sent to a voice communication line 1 by a control section 6, given to voice transmission/reception section 12(17) by a control section 19(15) of voice terminal equipments 8(13), thus the information is sent. When a designated time comes, it is informed by using a designation displaying function 4 of a recording/reproducing terminal equipment 3 itself and the recorded voice is reproduced trough the response by allowing the control section 6 to use a recording/ reproducing section 5. When the terminal equipment 8 makes voice communication with other terminal equipment, its command display section 11 gives a command to the control section 6 of the recording/reproducing terminal equipment 3 to allow the terminal equipment 3 to fetch the information of the line 1 for recording. Further, the information is confirmed by allowing the display command section 4 or 11(16) of the terminal equipment 3 or the voice terminal equipment 8(13) to make the terminal equipment 3 to reproduce the information.
