PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by blending a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer with an inorganic filler and pigment in a specific porportion, having fluidity suitable for powder coating by a fluidized dip coating method and capable of giving films having improved surface smoothness and gloss. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt., saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, e.g. saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, with (B) 2-150pts.wt. inorganic filler and/or inorganic filler having a treated surface, e.g. calcium carbonate, etc., and as necessary, (C) preferably 0.01-15pts. wt. pigment.
