PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency without maintenance by making the body of a wheel change over to lock or rotation for the wheel hub and standing a torque limiter between lock and rotation regarding the wheel of a farm managing machine. CONSTITUTION:Abrasion resistant resin materials 14a and 14b are integrally provided on both the sides of a wheel body 9, sandwiched between a flange 8a of a wheel hub 8 and a friction plate 15, and a torque limiter T is formed. Moreover, plural concaves 20 are formed at the prescribed pitch on concentric circles on the friction surface of a resin material 14a, a hole 21 is protrusively provided so as to overlap the concaves 20 on the flange part 8a, a ball 22 is engaged and held, a lock mechanism R between the wheel hub 8 and the wheel body 9 is formed of the concaves 20, the ball 22 and the hole 21. The formation is easy to adjust and maintain the critical value of the torque limiter, and improves working efficiency at the place where an overload is easy to occur.
