PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure press workability, self shape holdability and heat resistance by using a polyethylene naphthalate film for a composite sandwiched between films of specified elasticity. SOLUTION: A metal foil circuit conductor 1 has a specified pattern and tabs 11 integrated with the ends of the conductor and a polyethylene naphthalate film 2 adhered to both surfaces of the conductor 1 through adhesives 3 has holes 21 for soldering electronic components, as required, and uses a naphthalene 2, 6 dicarboxylic acid-ethylene glycol copolymer film formed by the melt extrusion technique. The film has an elasticity of 450kg/mm<2> or more to be rigid, and a glass transition point of about 120 deg.C excellent in heat resistance. Utilizing the high elasticity and low thermal shrinkage of the polyethylene naphthalate film 2, the press workability, self-shape holdability and relability in the thermal by severe use are well satisfied. |
