PURPOSE:To improve the assembling performance by engaging a guide means with the 1st support plate to attain the relative positioning with a turntable, fixing the guide means while being clipped between the 1st and 2nd support plates and providing a drive means onto the 2nd support plate. CONSTITUTION:The guide means guiding a carriage 17 along a disk carrying face 4a of a turntable 4, that is, the recording face of an information recording disk 18, consists of a fitting means comprising a guide path 1a of a support plate 1, a guide shaft 13, a coil spring 14 and a spherical member 15, of an adjusting means comprising a spherical member 23 and an adjusting screw 24, of a spring member 31 as an energizing means and of peripheral small components relating them above. Further, a drive means driving the carriage 17 consists of a screw shaft 5, bearing members 6, 7 on a support plate 2, a motor 11, a spur gear 11a, an arm member 26, a half nut 30, a spring member 31 as a compressing contact means and peripheral small components relating to them.
