PURPOSE:To reduce the variation of a resonance frequency and the loss by coupling both tips of an open end of a ring strip line whose both ends are opened in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A single strip line 101 and a parallel coupling strip line 102 are formed as a pattern on a dielectric base made of a material such as almina. Since the parallel coupling strip line 102 formed by the distributed capacitance is considered to be the replacement of a conventional capacitive element and the coupling length is small and the coupling interval is widened at a high frequency by the design, the frequency variation is decreased and the loss produced in the strip line 102 is decreased more than the design adopting a lumped constant. In adopting the actual design of the relation of Zo<2> Zoe.Zoo, the reflection at the connection between the parallel coupling strip line 102 and the single strip line 101 is decreased and the characteristic of the resonator is made stable, where Zoo, Zoe are impedances of the odd/even number modes of the strip line 102 and Zo is the line impedance of the signal strip line 101.
