PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel that can improve design of a roof, prevention of a leak in the roof and constructing property while needing no skilled workman for nailing work. SOLUTION: One end part 10a of surface material 10 made of metal is provided with a protruding part 20 with an angle protruding part 26, and the other end part 10b is provided with a protrusive elastic cover part 30 arranged including upward and formed in such shape as to be able to cover the protruding part 20 from above as well as having a hook part 34 corresponding to the angle protruding part. Heat insulating material 40 made of hard foam synthetic resin is integrally formed at the back face 10c, excluding the protrusive elastic cover part 30, of the surface malarial 10, and the back face 40a of the heat insulating material 40 is provided with back face material 50. |
