摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize an image of high precision on receiving side early. SOLUTION: An image pickup device 20 contains a complementary color mosaic filter of CMGY(cyan, magenta, green and yellow). An optical axis shifter 14 shifts a photographing optical axis to the right, bottom and left by one pixel, and a color processing circuit 32 generates RGB image data from photographing images at four optical axis positions. Generated image data (frame 1) is stored in memory 34, encoded by an encoder circuit 38 and outputted to a communication line 40. Similarly, frames 2 to 4 are created through one pixel shift processing by reference to the positions where the shifter 14 shifts the optical axis to the right, obliquely and to the bottom by a half pixel. The circuit 38 subtracts the difference of the frame 1 from the frames 2 to 4, encodes them and sends them to the line 40. When a receiving end receives each frame 1 to 4, it synthesizes it with frames that are received before and makes image display.
