<p>PURPOSE:To correct the deviation of a controlling point caused by the velocity change of a rolling material and the late response of a water injecting bank, and to keep the target winding temperature over all the length of the rolling material. CONSTITUTION:A speed correction arithmetic device 12 to calculate the speed of a rolling material and the acceleration ratio and a temperature arithmetic device to calculate the temperature descending amount based on the speed of rolling material, the acceleration ratio, the target winding temperature, the temperature and thickness in finishing outlet side and the winding temperature are provided. The cooling pattern deciding device 14 decides the number of forwarding valves in a cooling bank and a water injection bank pattern after controlling sections based on the temperature descending amount, the speed of the rolling material and the acceleration ratio.</p> |
