PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-operation of a dispensing unit due to inclusion of bubble by improving measuring accuracy and measurement reproducibility in an automatic specimen inspecting and measuring apparatus for randomly measuring multiple items. SOLUTION: Dilute specimen 12 of a predetermined amount is sucked from an upper surface by a dispensing means to remove many small bubbles 13 generated in the case of discharging dilute liquid from a dilution tank 11 in which the specimen is filled to manufacture dilute specimen to be used for measurement, discharged to a waste liquid cup and discarded. The dilute specimen 12 retained in the tank 11 is used for the measurement. Thus, measuring accuracy and measuring reproducibility are improved, and non-operation of the dispensing unit due to inclusion of the bubbles is prevented. |
