PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a thin and flexible face heating body excellent in safety and mass productivity. CONSTITUTION:A heating wire 3 formed by spirally winding a resistance wire on a heater core is nipped by insulators 4, 4' consisting of craft paper to form a face heating element 5, and the face heating element 5 is further nipped by insulating outer skins 6, 6' consisting of polyester film to form a face heating body. The connecting part between the heating wire 3 of the face heating body and a lead 7 is waterproofed and insulated by an epoxy resin charged in a terminal box 8. |
