PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inform calling to customers, especially audibly handicapped customers by allowing each of many customers waiting for the reception of a bank or the like to have a vibration type pager and calling a concerned customer from a local radio call station. SOLUTION: A CRT 1 displays a current pager call number through the entry from a personal computer 2 and the operator confirms the current pager call number. The personal computer 2 controls a call number to add a message informing the arrival of a turn. A coder 3 converts a call number into an address code and outputs it to a radio transmitter 4 with a message code. A pager (portable radio receiver) 5 receiving data sent from the radio transmitter 4 vibrates its built-in vibrator and displays a call number and a required message. The carrier surely recognizes the arrival of its turn by vibrating the pager. |
