PURPOSE:To aim at reduction of wall resistance, rust prevention, and disuse of grease, by rotating a cylindrical rotator freely supported by a ball bearing made of a corrosion resistant material in a cylindrical swelling part, and guiding fluid by means of a blade on the inner circumferential face of said rotator. CONSTITUTION:When each rectangular coil 5 is electrically energized in turn, driving force is generated on a cylindrical rotator 3. The cylindrical rotator 3 freely supported by a ball bearing 8 in a cylindrical swelling part 2, is rotated by the driving force, and fluid in a fluid passage 1 is guided by a blade 9 in spiral shape provided on the inner circumferential face of said rotator 3, so as to flow in the center portion of said rotator 3 along the blade 9. As a result, wall resistance is reduced so that the fluid can efficiently flow. And by forming the cylindrical swelling part 2, cylindrical rotator 3 and the ball bearing 8 supporting said rotator 3 with a corrosion resistant material, rust prevention is attempted so as to increase durability for exceedingly enlarging a selective range of liquid considered as an object of transfer. Besides, in structure, it is possible to eliminate grease conventionally used in rotating portion.
