PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a defect in operation at the time of a client-to-client communication and improve the reliability by making a communication between a server means which uses the protocol of the client-to-client communication on a protocol distributing means according to a specific protocol. SOLUTION: The protocol distribution part 24A of a work station 20A transfers input data transferred by a window server 23B of a work station 20B to a dummy window server 25A. When input data need to be converted, the data are converted by an input server 26Aa and the converted data are transferred to an application 26Ac. The application 26Ac generates image data on the basis of the converted data or data which need not be converted and transfers the data to the dummy window server 25A according to the specific protocol, and the protocol distribution part 24A distributes the image data to a window server 23A and another work station 20B.
