PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate/use not only system operation history but also work history on work which does not use the system of a computer and the like as know-how when work know-how can be accumulated/used with work executed on the computer as a center. SOLUTION: System operation history executed through a user interface 101 is automatically obtained/recorded by a work recording part 108. A work request part 107 accumulates work history by requesting/obtaining a work content and the result to/from an operator through a work processing user interface 104 on work which does not use the system. |
