摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the simulation accuracy by selecting meshes including wave number vectors capable of going to end states among all meshes in a momentum space to generate a table every state before mesh scattering and referencing one table for selecting candidate meshes. SOLUTION: Meshes including wave number vectors capable of going to end states are selected among all meshes in a momentum space to generate many tables, starting from table 1 to table ENENUM, the no. of which corresponds to the no. of start states in the momentum space. A table (e.g. N) corresponding to a starting state is selected and a mesh is selected from table N to execute a process to determine the end state. Table N has 7 regions corresponding to meshes, each region width corresponding to a max. scattering probability of the mesh and a mesh (n) is selected by one operation, using a uniform random number.
