PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject adhesive capable of suppressing a cost and easily judging with the naked eye if the adhesive is coated or not by compounding titanium white having a specific range of its particle size in a specific ratio. SOLUTION: In compounding (C) titanium white to an adhesive containing (A) vinyl chloride-based resin and (B) an organic solvent, the component C having 0. 1-1μm particle size is compounded in (2/1000)-(1/100) pts.wt. to the adhesive. It is preferable to compound >=2/100 pts.wt. of (D) an oil soluble coloring agent (e.g. oil yellow, etc.) to the component A and treat the surface of the component C with a dispersant (e.g. aluminum hydrate, etc.).
