PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient connecting operation to be carried out by a method wherein each of adjoining casings is abutted to each other while a gasket being held between their connected ends, connector fittings arranged outside the connected ends are fixed from each other to compress the gasket and each of the casings is airtightly connected to each other. SOLUTION: There are provided an upper connector fitting 20 and a lower connector fitting 22 outside a corner section of each of connecting ends between a filter casing 14 and a coil casing 16. Each of the connecting ends is abutted to each other while a gasket 30 being held between them, and the upper connecting fitting 20 and the lower connecting fitting 22 are fixed from each other so as to connect the casings 14 and 16.
