PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption caused by capacitive component of load. SOLUTION: The driving pulse input terminal 17 and the driving pulse input terminal 18 of a driving IC 1 are respectively connected to a high voltage source 22 via a switch 2 and to a ground voltage source via a switch 3 and output terminals 90∼92 are connected to load which is not shown in the figure. The driving pulse input terminals 17, 18 are also connected to a capacitor 8 for an AC grounding via a coil 6 and a switch 7. The switches 2, 3 are turned on alternately in a prescribed timing but the switch 7 is turned on just before the on-timing and a series resonance is generated by the coil 6 and the capacitance of the load to make the output voltage to the loads rise up. Next, the switch 2 is turned on to supply a high voltage to the load. Thereafter, the energy on the capacitance of the load is recovered to make the output voltage fall down and next, the switch 3 is turned on to supply the ground potential to the loads. |
