PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject medicinal compound having a definite size of granulated material and good administration feeling by using magnesium metasilicate aluminate as a compounding component and granulating the compound by a vacuum granulating method. SOLUTION: Crude medicines are mixed with magnesium metasilicate aluminate, saccharides and additive such as binder by a mixer and a solvent such as water or alcohol is added thereto while stirring under reduced pressure in a vacuum granulating machine such as VG coater to produce the objective solid composition. In the crude medicines, >=70% critical relative humidity is preferable for development of effect and the crude medicines are used in a form of crude medicine powder or extract. In this time, these crude medicines are compounded in an amount of 1-95wt.%, preferably 50-90wt.% based on total of solid composition. Metasilicate aluminate magnesium preferably has 200-400m<2> /g specific surface area, 1.5-4.0 ml/g oil absorption and 1.0-4.0ml/g water absorption and the compounding amount is 0. 1-30%, preferably 2-596 based on total solid composition. |
