PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely close a window in a simple operation when the load increase other than the holding by the window is detected. SOLUTION: An opening/closing control means gives a command to drive a window in the opening direction or the closing direction to a motor 16 in response to the input from a switch mechanism to output the open command or the close command to the window. A holding detecting means detects the holding by the window by judging the load increase in the closing operation of the window. A stopping means stops the motor 16 when the holding by the window is detected by the holding detecting means. A prohibiting means prohibits the holding detection by the holding detecting means in a part where the prescribed number of holding detection is continuously performed in the closing operation of the window after the holding detection by the holding detecting means and the stop of the motor 16 by the stopping means are performed the prescribed number of times.
