<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give the guidance to a user according to the relevant situation even when it's impossible to decide what to do next by giving the guidance to the user in response to the time when the measured time is equal to any one of times elapsed which are included in the guidance knowledge. SOLUTION: A time measurement part 16 measures the time elapsed after a user performed no input operation any more. When the part 16 detects the lapse of the time that is previously designated and notifies a dialog control part 12 of the detected time, an automatic guidance part 14 takes the guidance knowledge out of a guidance knowledge management part 15 in response to each time elapsed. Then the proper answer contents are selected among those guidance knowledge, and the guidance is given to the user via a text output part 19 and an impersonate answer part 20. Furthermore, an application information retrieval part 17 retrieves an application data base 18 in response to the request given from the part 12.</p> |
