PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of operation in comparison with a common cutter holder. SOLUTION: An operation lever to engage a cutter with a cutter holder or release the cutter from the cutter holder is constituted at least to extend over an edge 29 of a cutter 9 partially at a position to cause engagement of the cutter 9. Consequently, the operation lever simultaneously works also as a finger protection means and prevents an accident to carelessly hold the edge 29 in a side part region of the cutter 9 at the time when the cutter is engaged.
