PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of miniaturization and small capacity in each individual controlling device as well as to make them easily mountable on a vehicle, by constituting an engine controlling device and an automatic transmission controlling device separately in a stand-alone manner, while installing a processing item defining device as one body with the automatic transmission controlling device. CONSTITUTION:An engine controlling device B controlling an engine A and an automatic transmission controlling device D controlling an automatic transmission C are separately constituted in a stand-along manner. And, there is provided with a processing item defining device E, which defines processing items (technical data) of timing for engine torque change control, changed variable, etc., as one body with this automatic transmission controlling device D. And, processing item information on the torque change control defined by this processing item defining device E is constituted so as to be transmitted to the engine controlling device D via a transmitting device. The said defining device E is installed so as to define the torque change timing according to the detected result of an engine speed and an output shaft revolving speed of the automatic transmission.
