ELEMENT REPLACEABLE FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element-replaceable filter simple in structure for discharging a fluid stored at inside to outside before replacing the element and sure in actuation. SOLUTION: An oil filter 100 as the element-replaceable filter is composed of a cap 10 freely storable and freely detachable each other the element S/A (subassembly) and a case 40. A plug member 32 is moved to a case side 40 by a pressing force of a spring member 16 at an intermediate position at a restraining and releasing state of the cap 10 and the case 40 and a drain hole part 14 at the cap side 10 is opened. In this way, the oil stored in the oil filter 100 is surely discharged from the drain hole part 14 to outside before replacing the element.
