PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the data from leaking out to the outsiders by executing the security processing corresponding to a designated security item when the coincidence of passwords is confirmed. SOLUTION: An MPU(microprocessor unit) 11 accesses an OUTBOX 24. If the mail data on the opposite party side are stored in the OUTBOX 24, the MPU 11 sends the mail data to the opposite party side via a PHS radio telephone unit 18. Then the MPU 11 cuts a telephone circuit and stands by. If a password is added to the mail data and also coincident with the password that is stored in password storage area 13a of a RAM 13, the MPU 11 refers to a security item storage area 13b of the RAM 13 to confirm the security item that is designated by an owner. Then the MPU 11 starts the security program stored in a security program storage area 12a of a ROM 12 to execute the security processing corresponding to the designated security item. |
