PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic private branch exchange(EPBX) communicating system which can notifies the use state of a radio base station (CS) to which the location of an originating mobile station (PS) of a called destination is registered even when a speech channel is used. SOLUTION: In this communication system, a speech channel management means 11 manages the use state of a speech channel of a radio base station (CS) to which the location of an optional originating mobile station (PS) is registered. When all of the speech channels of the station (PS) to which the location of the station (PS) that becomes an originating source or a receiving destination is registered are used, a sequence controlling means 16 controls an input notifying means 12, an upward notifying means 13 which notifies the exchange (EPBX) of upward information regardless of a speech channel state, a downward notifying means 14 which similarly notifies downward information front the EPBX and a sequence in which a display notifying means 15 performs message transfer between an originating source and a receiving destination by using a control line.
