PURPOSE:To control an ink wettability, prevent adherence and residue of ink in the inner surface of a shaft cylinder as a counter flow-preventing agent advances in accordance with the consumption of the ink, and permitting an ink boundary line to appear clearly at its tail end by applying a controlling material on the inner surface of the shaft cylinder of a direct liquid-type writing utensil made of transparent resin with a good ink wettability. CONSTITUTION:Hydrophobic polybutene is used for a base material, and as a film forming component polypropylene oligomer and polyethylene oligomer are blended therein to convert the mixture to wax. |
