PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit by preventing the pinhole defects, and to form an electrode pattern having a rectangular sectional shape by including the conductive powder, a photosensitive organic component, and a leveling agent. SOLUTION: A noble metal simple substance, alloy, coated body, complex or mixture is used as the conductive powder. For example, the conductive powder of low resistance, including at least one kind of Ag, Au, Pd, Ni, Cu, Al and Pt is used. As the photosensitive organic component, that including an acryl copolymer having a carboxyl gp at a side chain or a molecular end, a photoreactable cpd and a photopolymerization starting agent, is used. The leveling agent is an organic matter, and an organic surface active agent, for example, a nonion organic surface active agent, is used. Thereby the increase of the resistance value in accompany with the skin effect, can be inhibited by reducing the surface roughness of the electrode, when it is used in the high- frequency area, and the increase of the pinhole defect can be inhibited in the case when a conductor film is a thin film. |
