发明名称 RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR EARTHQUAKE-PROOF LAMINATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition for earthquake-proof laminates having long-term durability by mixing a rubber based on a natural rubber with a polystyrene/vinylpolyisoprene block copolymer, a petroleum resin and a suitable amount of a microparticulate carbon black. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. rubber based on a natural rubber with 5-30 pts.wt. polystyrene/vinylpolyisoprene block copolymer having a glass transition temperature of -15 deg.C or above, 15-60 pts.wt. petroleum resin and 50-90 pts.wt. microparticulate carbon black. The composition is satisfactory in both vibrational energy absorptivity and long-term durability because of its compositional ratio. The microparticulate carbon black used is one having a nitrogen absorption specific surface area of 60-150m<2> /g and a DBP absorption of 60-160cm<3> /100g.
