The device includes a cob (34) on the back, a lock stopper (19) having a hole (17) at the front end and linking to a stopper (20) protruding into a front side of the bracket (4), an insert means provided on an uxiliary side bracket (151) and fitting in the hole (17) in linking with the stopper on 1st stage action, a 2nd stage drive lever (15) fixed on a side of the bracket by a hinge (16), an up-and-down link (27) including a shaft (30) protruding toward a rear side of the print wheel case and being placed on a slide way (28), and a slide link (26) joined with hinges (31) and (32) of the link (27).
