SOLUTION: A membership function Fij classified by component is determined by taking the content of each chemical composition Pj (j=1-m) as parametors for every specified kinds Ai (i=2-n) of steel. From a membership function group (Fi1 -Fim ) classified by component of every kind Ai of steel, the membership function group (fj1 -fjm ) corresponding to the content of each chemical composition Pj of the kind B of steel is corresponded. The minimum value of every membership function group (fji -fjm ) is determined and it is defined and adaptability fmi of the kind B of steel to the kind Ai of steel. By taking the adaptability as a weight coefficient, the definition resistance Kf of the kind B of steel is calculated by a formula, The membership function is set to plural kinds Ai of steel, so the degree of influence of mutual action be-kinds Ai of steel, so the degree of influence of mutual action between the chemical compositions or the like is definitely reflected and the accurate value of deformation resistance is obtained.</p>
