PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the setting of a skin material into a skin frame not using a spring and at the same time, decrease the rate of spreading of the skin material at the time of clamping. SOLUTION: Guide posts 8 projecting toward a bottom force are provided on the outer peripheral part of a top force 21, and also a vertically sliding skin frame support table 29 is installed on each of the guide posts 28. In addition, a skin setting frame 31 for setting a skin material 30 is attached to the skin frame support table 29, and a stopper activating means 40 which has a stopper 36 for preventing the top and the bottom force 21 on the skin frame support table 29 from sliding upward when the forces are opened and sets free the stopper 36 from a state in which it is prevented from sliding by detecting time when the top and the bottom forces 21 are clamped, is fitted to the top force 21. |
