Method of determination of the immunoassay type enabling the PTH concentration to be measured in a biological sample, wherein, prior to the actual determination, the biological sample is subjected to an extraction of the proteins that interfere or are carriers of parathormone (PTH), by means of polyethylene glycol (PEG).
