ULTRAFILTRATING METHOD OF PARTICLES IN FLUID AND ULTRAFILTRATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method relatively inexpensive for executing an ultrafiltration of particles incorporated in a fluid and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: The fluid is passed through at least one filter barriers produced from a raw rock having fine pores having less than several hundredÅpore size. A raw stone sample is easily available, for example, at the time of excavating a reservoir layer containing hydrocarbon. The filter device has a housing 1 housing more than one thin disk 5 cut from the raw rock and in which the fluid passes. The disk withstands high temp. and high pressure well and can be regenerated by a heating process after use. This method and device can be used for filtering colloidal particles such as resin in petroleum fluid or asphaltene for example.
