PURPOSE:To lower resonance resistance without increasing the capacity between electrodes greatly by constituting plural piezoelectric vibrators on a single piezoelectric substrate and connecting them in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Three vibrating electrodes 2a, 2b and 2c are provided almost at the center part on one main surface of a piezoelectric ceramic substrate 1. Respective vibrating electrodes 5a, 5b and 5c are formed opposite the three vibrating electrodes across the substrate 1. The vibrating electrodes 2a, 2b and 2c are connected to a lead electrode 3 in common and led to a terminal electrode 4 formed at an end part of the substrate 1. Similarly, the vibrating electrode 5a, 5b and 5c are connected in common by a lead electrode 6 and led to a terminal electrode 7 formed at an end part. Consequently, the value of the resonance resistance can be reduced without increasing the capacity between electrodes greatly.
